      A Different Man starts almost like a David Cronenberg film, with views of a scan of Edwards skull, and some of the film plays like what he might have done with the premise not a put down, since Schimberg doesnt really do Cronenberg so much as engage with the story with a Cronenberg esque thoughtfulness.
