A man named Christopher seeks revenge for the brutal attack and murder of his family, becomes a police officer, captures and kills perpetrators of crimes against women, investigates and arrests his wifes drug-addicted brother, loses everything but remains with his adopted child, rejoins the force but is investigated for encounter killings, tracks down those responsible for his adopted childs death, kills the culprits, defeats a corrupt business magnate, kills the murderer of his wife, and finally adopts the sister of an assaulted woman.
