In the 1960s, a Hispanic couples son is dragged to Hell after seeking help from a medium, while in present-day Los Angeles, a bank loan officer becomes haunted by a demon called the Lamia and is eventually dragged to Hell. Drag Me to Hell is a 2009 American English-language Horror Thriller film starring Alison Lohman, Justin Long, Lorna Raver, Dileep Rao, David Paymer, Adriana Barraza and Jennifer Zhang. Ghost House Pictures was the production house involved in the project along with executive producer(s) Grant Curtis, Sam Raimi and Robert Tapert. Drag Me to Hell is written by Sam Raimi and Ivan Raimi and it is directed by Sam Raimi. Universal Pictures acquired the distribution rights for the film. Drag Me to Hell was released on 4th June 2009 and takes a screen time of 99 minutes. and it received positive reviews from critics when it was released and became successful at box office. Drag Me to Hell was made on a budget of $30 million and it was a super hit at box office gross of $90 million. Cinematography was done by Peter Deming and editing by Bob Murawski. The music was composed by Christopher Young.
