Jalebi

Two lovers, Aisha and Dev, face separation due to a miscarriage and family disputes but their love remains strong even after seven years and they eventually reunite. Jalebi is a 2018 Indian Hindi-language Drama Romance film starring Varun Mitra, Rhea Chakraborty, Digangana Suryavanshi, Aanya Dureja, Farida Dadi, Yusuf Hussain and Shubham Rangra. The movie is inspired from Praktan. Vishesh Films was the production house involved in the project along with executive producer(s) Mukesh Bhatt, Mahesh Bhatt and Sakshi Bhatt. Jalebi is written by Kausar Munir and Pushpdeep Bhardwaj and it is directed by Pushpdeep Bhardwaj. Viacom18 Motion Pictures acquired the distribution rights for the movie. Jalebi was released on 12th October 2018 and takes a screen time of 112 minutes. The movie made a box office gross of ₹2 crore. Cinematography was done by Manoj Soni and editing by Devendra Murdeshwar. The music was composed by Jeet Ganguly along with Jeet Gannguli, Tanishk Bagchi, Javed - Mohsin, Abhishek Mishra and Samuel-akanksha.
