Bored with her life as a stripper in Florida, Beth moves to Las Vegas to become a cocktail waitress, gets involved with a professional gambler who becomes her mentor, faces complications due to his wifes disapproval, and ultimately pursues her passion for writing after navigating the challenges of gambling and relationships.
