Phantom Thread is a 2017 American English-language Drama Romance motion picture featuring Daniel Day-lewis, Lesley Manville, Vicky Krieps, Sue Clark, Joan Brown, Harriet Leitch and Laurence Ellerker. Annapurna Pictures in association with Ghoulardi Film Company and Perfect World Pictures. were the production houses involved in the project along with executive producer(s) Paul Thomas Anderson, Megan Ellison, Joanne Sellar and Daniel Lupi. The motion picture is written and directed by Paul Thomas Anderson. Focus Features acquired the distribution rights for the motion picture. Phantom Thread was released on 25th January 2018 and takes a screen time of 130 minutes. and it received positive reviews from critics when it was released and became successful at box office. Phantom Thread was made on a budget of $35 million and it was a hit at box office gross of $47 million. Editing was done by Dylan Tichenor. The music was composed by Berlin International Film Festival winner Jonny Greenwood. At the 2018 Oscar Awards It won an award for Best Achievement in Costume Design.
