State of Play

A journalist investigates a series of murders in Washington, D.C., uncovering a conspiracy involving a defense contractor and a congressman, ultimately publishing a story implicating the congressman in the killings. State of Play is a 2009 English-language Drama Mystery motion picture starring Russell Crowe, Ben Affleck, Rachel Mcadams, Robin Wright Penn, Jason Bateman, Jeff Daniels and Paul D elia. The movie is based on State of Play by Paul Abbott. State of Play was Produced by Andrew Hauptman, Tim Bevan and Eric Fellner.
