In 1945, a mother caring for her photosensitive children in a secluded home becomes convinced its haunted after hiring mysterious servants, ultimately discovering that she accidentally smothered her children and then took her own life, revealing that they are all actually dead. The Others is a 2001 English-language Horror Mystery film featuring Nicole Kidman, Fionnula Flanagan, Christopher Eccleston, Elaine Cassidy, Eric Sykes, Alakina Mann and Aldo Grilo. The Others was Produced by Fernando Bovaira, Jos Luis Cuerda and Sunmin Park. The film is written and directed by Alejandro Amen Bar. Warner Sogefilms acquired the distribution rights for the motion picture. The movie has a running time of 104 minutes. The Film was successful at box office. The Others was made on a budget of $17 million and it was a super hit at box office gross of $209 million. Cinematography was done by Javier Aguirresarobe and editing by Nacho Ruiz Capillas. The music was composed by Alejandro Amen Bar.
