A young woman named Zoya has bad luck in love and career until meeting and becoming romantically involved with Indian cricket team captain Nikhil Khoda, leading to her becoming their official lucky mascot, but their relationship is threatened when she discovers his true intentions. The Zoya Factor is a 2019 Indian Hindi-language Romance Drama movie featuring Sonam Kapoor, Dulquer Salmaan, Abhilash Chaudhary, Shoaib Ahmed, R. Bhakti Klein, Andrew Mottershead and Mehmet Tutkun. The movie is based on The Zoya Factor by Anuja Chauhan. Fox Star Studios in association with Ad-Labs Films Limited. were the production houses involved in the project along with executive producer(s) Aarti Shetty, Fox Star Studios, Pooja Shetty and Aarrti Shetty. The Zoya Factor is written by Neha Rakesh Sharma, Pradhuman Singh Mall and Anuja Chauhan and it is directed by Abhishek Sharma. Fox Star Studios acquired the distribution rights for the motion picture. The Zoya Factor was released on 20th September 2019 and takes a screen time of 134 minutes. The Zoya Factor was made on a budget of ₹33 crore and at the box office it grossed only ₹2 crore. Cinematography was done by Manoj Lobo and editing by Utsav Bhagat. The music was composed by IIFA Award winner Ehsaan Noorani along with Loy Mendonsa, Shankar Mahadevan, Shankar Ehsaan Loy, Indrajit Sharma and Parikshit Sharma.
