A housewife named Rani faces suspicion from the police after her husband dies in an explosion, which uncovers a complex web of affairs, abuse, and a carefully planned murder involving Rani and her husband. Haseen Dillruba is a 2021 Indian Hindi-language Crime Mystery movie featuring Taapsee Pannu, Vikrant Massey, Harshvardhan Rane, Daya Shankar Pandey, Ashish Verma, Dj Farman and Chandu Kanuri. Colour Yellow Productions in association with Eros International. were the production houses involved in the project along with executive producer(s) Himanshu Sharma, Eros International, Aanand L. Rai, Bhushan Kumar and Krishan Kumar. Haseen Dillruba is written by Kanika Dhillon and directed by Vinil Mathew. Netflix acquired the distribution rights for the film. Haseen Dillruba was released on 2nd July 2021 and takes a screen time of 136 minutes. Cinematography was done by Jaya Krishna Gummadi and editing by Shweta Venkat Mathew. The music was composed by Filmfare Award winner Amit Trivedi.
