Inspector Anjaney Agashe, a drug-addicted cop seeking revenge for his daughters death, teams up with convict Advait Thakur to solve a case involving police officer murders and a drug-addicted prostitute named Jessie, leading to a shocking revelation and a pursuit for justice. Malang is a 2020 Indian Hindi-language Action Romance motion picture starring Anil Kapoor, Aditya Roy Kapur, Disha Patani, Kunal Khemu, Aditya Roy Kapoor, Mehak Manwani and Chobber Sidhu. Luv Films in association with T-Series and Northern Lights Entertainment. were the production houses involved in the project along with executive producer(s) Bhushan Kumar, Krishan Kumar, Luv Ranjan, Ankur Garg and Jay Shewakramani. Malang is written by Aseem Arrora and directed by Mohit Suri. Yash Raj Films acquired the distribution rights for the movie. Malang was released on 7th February 2020 and takes a screen time of 135 minutes. Malang was made on a budget of ₹64 crore and at the box office it grossed only ₹57 crore. The screenplay for the movie was written by Aniruddha Guha. Cinematography was done by Vikas Sivaraman and editing by Devendra Murdeshwar. The music was composed by Raju Singh along with Mithoon, Ankit Tiwari, Ved Sharma, The Fusion Project, Adnan Dhool and Rabi Ahmed.
