In this story, a penguin named Mumble, who cannot sing but can tap dance, faces ridicule from his community, befriends a group of penguins called the Amigos, and embarks on a journey with them to challenge the elders and ultimately helps in the banning of Antarctic overfishing. Happy Feet is written by George Miller, John Collee, Judy Morris and Warren Coleman and it is directed by George Miller, Warren Coleman and Judy Morris. Warner Bros. Pictures acquired the distribution rights for the movie. Happy Feet was released on 23rd November 2006 and takes a screen time of 108 minutes. The Film was successful at box office. Happy Feet was made on a budget of $100 million and it was a super hit at box office gross of $384 million. Cinematography was done by David Peers and editing by Christian Gazal and Margaret Sixel. The music was composed by John Powell. At the 2007 Oscar Awards It won an award for Best Animated Feature Film of the Year.
