Bhaskar discovers he has heightened senses and the ability to communicate with animals after being bitten by a wolf, but his strange behavior leads his cousin Jana to suspect that he is a werewolf and they soon uncover evidence revealing that Bhaskar has been killing people involved in the road-building project, but when they confine him they are discovered by a local cop who is killed by the wolf that bit Bhaskar, leading them to seek help from an elderly doctor who reveals that Bhaskar can only be cured by being bitten again by the same wolf on a new moon night and they eventually discover that the wolf is actually a shape-shifting forest protector named Dr. Anika, who advises Bhaskar on avoiding deforestation, but is captured by the police and dies while Bhaskar decides to build roads around the forest while leaving the trees unharmed. Bhediya is a 2022 Indian Hindi-language Comedy Horror film starring Varun Dhawan, Kriti Sanon, Abhishek Banerjee, Deepak Dobriyal, Paalin Kabak, Dosam Beyong and Nirbhay Singh. Bhediya was Produced by Dinesh Vijan. Bhediya is written by Niren Bhatt and directed by Amar Kaushik. Jio Studios acquired the distribution rights for the motion picture. Bhediya was released on 25th November 2022 and takes a screen time of 156 minutes. The film made a box office gross of ₹89 crore. Cinematography was done by Jishnu Bhattacharjee and editing by Sanyukta Kaza. The music was composed by Sachin-jigar.
