A couple tragically loses their first child due to a severe medical condition, but they are able to successfully raise funds for a bone marrow transplant for their second child who also has the same condition, only for her to develop another illness that shortens her life; their experiences strain their relationship, but they eventually reconcile while holding on to the memories of their deceased daughter. The Sky Is Pink is written by Nilesh Maniyar, Shonali Bose and Juhi Chaturvedi and it is directed by Shonali Bose. RSVP Movies acquired the distribution rights for the film. The Sky Is Pink was released on 11th October 2019 and takes a screen time of 143 minutes. The Sky Is Pink was made on a budget of ₹42 crore and at the box office it grossed only ₹20 crore.
