Dune Entertainment was the production house involved in the project along with executive producer(s) Jessica Tuchinsky, Mason Novick, Steven J. Wolfe and Mark Waters. 500 Days of Summer is written by Michael Weber, Scott Neustadter and Michael H. Weber and it is directed by Marc Webb. Fox Searchlight Pictures acquired the distribution rights for the film. 500 Days of Summer was released on 8th October 2009 and takes a screen time of 95 minutes.
